Jim is married to another Summerlin graduate, the former Joy Cochran.
I retired from the School Board (38.5 years/IB Program/Design Technology/Engineering); Retired from the Construction Industry (30 years/Building Contractor); Retired from Automobile Racing (6.5 years).
Joy retired from the First United Methodist Church School, having taught Pre-K four year olds for 34 years!
I built and still own Bartow Wee Care (Daycare). Just this past month I retired from being a Bowling Instructor at Cypress Lanes in Winter Haven 42 years!
