I Haven't been to any reunions because I have been involved with Bartow's youth baseball program for the last 27 years. Each year it seems I was working with an all-star team at reunion time. We are getting older and see life is really short. Our youth was very special because we had time to play with no real obligations to life. With age comes the obligations but the wisdom to see the important things in life. I Married JoEllen Bowden form lake Wales, Fl. We have 4 grand daughters that are the love and joy of our life. My son John Jr has 2 daughters Evan and Jennie and my daughter Denise has two daughters Kayla and Kena. We still live in the little town of Bartow and My children live near us so life is great. I own a small home repair service in Bartow and have a few Rental units to use up my spare time. I like to camp, and canoe down the Peace River when I can. I have had many good years working with the kids in Bartow in baseball. I have taken some of the youth teams down Peace River canoeing and camping to introduce them to what I loved about my youth. It's amazing how they took to it. I don't see much of any class mates and our site keeps our young memories alive. God bless you all.
