Carolyn and I have been married for 34 years and still live in Blacksburg, VA. I retired from the Army as a Colonel after 24 years of active and reserve service. Carolyn is a property manager in Blacksburg and I spend my time playing with the stock market.

Our two sons, John and Jamie are grown and gone. Our reward for not killing them when they were young are three beautiful grandchildren. The boys still talk about the night Steve Earley took them out to visit a dragline. I enjoy gardening, golf, body surfing, and cooking. I have very fond memories of growing up in Bartow and all the friends there. What a wonderful place to spend a childhood !!
